If you submit a demo, contact, or waitlist form, you agree to provide accurate information and to use a business email you are authorized to use. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion.

- Attempt to access non-public systems, the consumer portal, or other customers’ data
- Reverse engineer the Site or our software except as allowed by law
- Upload malware or unlawful content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Features, screenshots, timelines, and pricing on the Site are for general information. They may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a guarantee of results, or a commitment that a specific feature will be available on a specific date.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Alphi, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Alphi, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
