This Privacy Policy describes how Alphi, LLC (“AlphiPay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information on the public marketing website at alphipay.com (the “Site”).
This policy covers the marketing Site only — demo forms, contact forms, cookies, and related pages. It does not cover the separate, non-public Alphi consumer payment and chat application. That product has its own notices inside the application.
Information we collect
You provide
- Name, company, job title
- Work email and phone
- Message contents from contact, demo, or waitlist forms
- Any files you choose to upload
Collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type
- Pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see Cookies below)
We do not ask the marketing Site for
- Social Security numbers
- Card or bank account numbers
- Consumer debt balances or account files
Do not submit consumer account data through marketing forms.
How we use information
- Respond to demo and contact requests
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Understand which pages are useful
- Send product or event emails if you ask for them (you can unsubscribe)
- Comply with law and enforce these policies
How we share information
We share information with vendors who help us run the Site (hosting, email delivery, analytics, scheduling). They may only use it to provide services to us.
We may also share information:
- If required by law, regulation, or legal process
- To protect rights, safety, and security
- In connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the business

To make a request: email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity before completing the request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Texas residents may also have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Use the same email to submit a request.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a new date.
