How Alphi pricing works.
Three parts: a base subscription, per-transaction payment pricing, and a performance component tied to what you recover through Alphi. The same structure whether you collect for clients or for your own business. Your proposal shows every number before you decide.
Base subscription
Covers the platform: negotiation, campaigns, compliance controls, and reporting. Kept low on purpose, because the license isn’t where Alphi earns.
Payment processing
Cards, ACH, and digital wallets, taken inside the conversation and priced per transaction. One platform takes the agreement and the payment. No hand-off to a second system.
Performance component
A percentage of the money you recover through Alphi. The more you collect, the more we earn. The rate is set in your proposal.
We earn more only when you collect more.
The base subscription keeps the platform running. Everything else Alphi earns rides on the payments you take and the money you recover. Every engagement starts with your accounts, so the specifics are a conversation. It tends to be a short one.
Start with the accounts nobody works.
Small balances usually go unworked. A call costs more than the account is worth, so they sit and age. Alphi works every account you include. The question is what those accounts are worth to you at your own recovery rate. Bring a file or a rough count to your demo and we’ll run it together.
Questions buyers actually ask
How does Alphi pricing work?
Three parts: a base subscription, per-transaction payment pricing, and a performance component tied to what you recover through Alphi. Your proposal spells out each one for your accounts.
What does it cost to get started?
The base subscription is kept low so a small or mid-size operation can start without a capital decision. Everything else is in your proposal before you decide, not discovered after.
Is there a long-term contract?
Alphi is built to earn renewal through results, not lock-in. Term, renewal, and cancellation are in your proposal, sized to your engagement.
How is the performance component calculated?
As a percentage of the money you recover through Alphi on the accounts you include. Money you collect outside Alphi isn’t part of it. The rate and terms are in your proposal.
What payments can consumers make through Alphi?
Debit and credit cards, ACH, and digital wallets, as one-time payments, settlements, or recurring plans. Everything completes inside the conversation with consent and e-signature captured.
