Alphi, LLC does not sell personal information for money.
Some privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA and similar state laws) treat certain advertising or analytics cookies as a “sale” or “share” of personal information. This page is how you opt out of that activity on our marketing Site.
What we do today
- We do not sell marketing-site leads to data brokers.
- We may use cookies or pixels for site analytics and, if enabled, advertising measurement.
- We do not use the marketing Site to collect consumer debt files.
Opt out
To opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, or of targeted advertising, do one of the following:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include your name, company, and the email address you used on the Site.
- If we display a cookie banner, use the “Do Not Sell or Share” or “Reject optional cookies” control.
- Enable a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We will treat a GPC signal as an opt-out request for that browser.
We will apply your request to the marketing Site. It does not log you out of a separate product account and does not delete information we must keep for legal or security reasons.
What happens after you opt out
- We will stop using optional advertising / sharing cookies associated with your request where technically feasible.
- Essential cookies needed to run the Site may continue.
- You may still receive emails you signed up for until you unsubscribe.
Verification
If we cannot match your request to a record, we may ask for limited additional information.
Authorized agents
If someone submits this request for you, they must provide proof they are authorized.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. If you are still unsatisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
