Received a message that mentions Alphi?
You’re in the right place. Here’s what Alphi is, how to check that the message is genuine, what you can do on your account page, and where to go with questions. In plain language.
Why did I get this message?
A company you have an account with uses Alphi to communicate about a balance by text, email, and chat instead of phone calls. That company is named in your message. Alphi is the technology behind the conversation. The company is who you have the account with, and it’s the one that can answer questions about it.
How do I know it’s genuine?
The message names the company. If you don’t recognize the company or the account, don’t open the link and don’t share personal or payment information. Contact the company through a phone number or website you already know. Two more things worth knowing: there’s no general login on this site, and your link is unique to you. Alphi never asks anyone to pay with gift cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
What can I do on my account page?
See the balance and the details behind it. Ask questions in the chat. Depending on what the company has made available, set up a payment plan, propose a settlement, or pay in full. You choose. Nothing is agreed until you say yes and sign, and nothing is charged until you authorize it.
What should I expect from the conversation?
A conversation, not a chase. Alphi doesn’t make phone calls, and it sends messages only within the hours the company has set. Every option is shown in full before you choose. If you’d rather deal with a person, say so in the chat and the company can take it from there.
What if the balance is wrong?
Say so in the chat. Your message is recorded and goes to the company, which is responsible for the account and any supporting documents. You can also contact the company directly using the details in your message.
Is my information safe?
Your link is unique to you, and there’s no general login on this site, so no one can reach your page by guessing. How Alphi collects, uses, and shares information is set out in the Alphi Privacy Policy.
Need a person?
For help opening or using your Alphi page, email [email protected]. For anything about the balance itself, the company named in your message is the right place, and its contact details are in the message.
